About XGC
Our Mission
XGC is a free, private golf club giving promising St. Louis area junior golfers the resources and direction to develop into elite college golfers.
XGC uses the Ignatian principal of consistent self-examination to teach its golfers how to develop their personal identity, a clear picture of their goals, and the honesty, accountability, and discipline it takes to reach those goals.
XGC was founded on the simple principal that success is ultimately the result of a consistently applied process, and when a young person reaches an exceptional goal early in life, he ultimately is developing a skill set that will provide him with cumulative success in perpetuity.

Harrison Zipfel
Class of 2026
Bio: Harrison lives in Clayton, MO. He began playing golf at the age of 5 and started playing competitively at the age of 8. He joined XGC in the Spring of 2021. Harrison is currently ranked #50 in his class by Junior Golf Scoreboard. He verbally committed to the University of Illinois to play for their golf program.
Favorite golfer: Jordan Spieth
Hobbies: Enjoys car racing, card and board games, working out, and has a growing interest in business.
Nicholas Vilela
Class of 2026
Bio: Nick lives in Washington, MO. He began playing golf at the age of 2 and started playing competitively at the age of 7. He joined XGC in the Spring of 2021. Nick is currently ranked #143 in his class by Junior Golf Scoreboard. He verbally committed to the University of Cincinnati to play for their golf program.
Favorite golfers: Justin Thomas, Phil Mickelson, Tiger Woods
Hobbies: Enjoys all competition, biking, and paintball; Likes history, philosophy, and physics.
Parker Andersen
Class of 2027
Parker lives in New Melle, MO. He first picked up a golf club at the age of 2 and played in his first competition at the age of 6. He joined XGC in the Spring of 2022. Parker is currently ranked #360 in his class by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Favorite golfer: Justin Thomas
Hobbies: In addition to golf, Parker plays soccer.
Lyoto Bellon
Class of 2028
Bio: Lyo lives in St. Louis, MO. He began playing golf at the age of 4 and started playing competitively at the age of 6. He joined XGC in the Spring of 2021. Lyo is currently ranked #61 in his class by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Favorite golfer: Scotty Scheffler
Hobbies: Enjoys making beats and playing basketball.
Ivan Kennedy
Class of 2028
Bio: Ivan lives in O'Fallon, MO. He began playing golf at the age of 3 and started playing competitively at the age of 5. He joined XGC in the Spring of 2023. Ivan is currently ranked #585 in his class by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Favorite golfers: Colin Morikawa and Scottie Scheffler
Hobbies: Enjoys basketball and ping-pong. He is passionate about all sports including tracking player stats and team standings.

Bio: Sara began playing golf at the age of 5 and started playing competitively at the age of 7. She joined XGC in Spring of 2024. Sara is currently ranked #175 in her class by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Favorite golfers: Ana Belac and Allison Lee
Hobbies: Enjoys speech and debate, baking, and pet sitting.
Amaya Bellon

Bio: Amaya lives inin St. Louis, MO. She began playing golf at the age of 6 and started playing competitively at the age of 9. She joined XGC in the Spring of 2024. Amaya is currently ranked #230 in her class by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Favorite golfer: Happy Gilmore
Hobbies: Besides golf, Amaya also enjoys basketball and art.
